Shannon Kearsley is a seasoned senior litigation paralegal with more than 11 years of experience, focusing primarily on complex litigation matters. Shannon is a certified Paralegal completing her certification studies with Boston University and University of Arizona Tucson. While most of her experience has been in construction law and commercial and residential construction defect matters, she also has substantial experience in multi-party civil and commercial real estate litigation, insurance subrogation, transactional contract matters and in-house corporate legal support. She has assisted in all phases of litigation, including complex discovery, pre-trial preparation and trial in a number of multi-party, high-profile, complex construction cases in state, federal and appellate courts.
Shannon’s extensive experience, energy, work ethic, team focus, and technical skills enrich the firm’s success through all aspects of a case, including large-scale document management, production, and multi-level court filings. She also manages all administrative matters of the firm maintaining case calendars and deadlines and is committed to excellence in client services.
A native of California, Shannon enjoys spending her time at the beach and with family and friends. Shannon has four children and is the proud grandmother of a baby boy.
